SCOPE OF WORK This isn't your typical coffee-fetching, file-organizing internship. As a Product Management / Product Owner Intern, you’ll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of tech product management and our Product Development Process – from user insights and strategy to product launches and post-launch evaluation. Specifically, you will: 1. Product Strategy & Discovery Audience & Market Research: Identify user segments (learners, educators, businesses), clarify needs and pain points through user interviews/surveys, and analyze competitor/industry trends. Insights & Prioritization: Synthesize findings into data-driven insights. Contribute to product roadmap discussions, ensuring alignment with Edtronaut’s mission and value propositions. 2. Product Design & Development Craft clear, actionable BRDs/PRDs with structured problem statements, user stories, features roadmap, prioritization and acceptance criteria with technical specs for Engineer team to develop from User and market research and business needs. Conceptualization & Prototyping: Collaborate with UI/UX to craft wireframes/mockups, define user flows, and refine features based on feedback. User Testing & Iteration: Facilitate test sessions to validate solutions, gather feedback, and adjust product

GTM (Go-To-Market) Planning & Delivery Launch Preparation: Define key target audiences, craft clear value props, and coordinate positioning. Collaborate with Marketing/Growth teams on campaign strategy, content planning, and KPI setting. Product Rollout & Post-Launch: Oversee or assist in pilot/beta launches, track performance metrics (OKRs, adoption, user satisfaction), and propose iterative improvements. Partner with Learner/Sales Success teams for successful onboarding and user retention. 4. Ongoing Evaluation & Optimization Performance Tracking: Monitor data (engagement, retention, feedback) to spot opportunities for optimization. Continuous Improvement: Identify next-phase features, champion best practices, and refine product processes to ensure Edtronaut remains at the forefront of AI-driven workforce development. You’re a great match if you: 1. Technical Understanding & Collaboration Eager to Learn Agile/DevOps: Familiarity with basic software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) is ideal. You love exploring how code moves from idea to production and how DevOps ensures seamless deployments. Comfortable with Tech Conversations: You don’t need to code daily, but you’re not afraid to discuss system architecture, APIs, or data flows with engineers. Well informed about AI: You want to learn how AI models, infrastructure, and integrations fit into modern product roadmaps — and keep up with emerging AI trends. 2. Product Lifecycle Enthusiasm Big-Picture Thinking: Excited to participate in every product stage—ideation, prototyping, launch, iteration—and eventually be able to prioritize features (e.g. using MoSCoW, RICE frameworks). Iterative Mindset: You embrace continuous improvement, seeing a product as never “done” but always evolving based on feedback and metrics. Data-Driven Decision Making Analytical Approach: Whether it’s user analytics or market research, you’re eager to dig into data, define KPIs, and track product performance. Proficiency in Data Tools: Ready to learn (or have some exposure) to SQL, Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for gathering and interpreting insights. 4. Requirements:
Pursuing or graduating in a related field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
Familiar with user research methods, agile workflows, and basic product metrics.
Proficient in collaboration and other PM tools (e.g., Lark, Trello, Notion, Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket, etc.) and comfortable presenting findings.
Bonus: Past exposure to EdTech, AI-driven products, or experience with GTM or marketing strategy.
Able to commit to a minimum of 4 days per week for a 3-month to 6-month internship. WHY US:
