Being part of the workforce planning of the VSHR Pro Academy and ensuring recruitment is done for those open positions.

Post on all social media platforms and collect candidates for the open positions.

Coordinate with the hiring manager to build up the shortlist for the candidates.

Coordinate the interview rounds with the candidate and the hiring manager.

Offer letter management and onboard the selected candidate.

Produce weekly videos to show the company’s cultural trends and build employer branding.

Closely work with the team members to manage their expectations, difficulties and ensure they sustain high morale.

Produce and regularly publish newsletter services for the talent pool.

Innovate ideas and gather materials for content creation purposes.
