Qualifications &

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

5–8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with 2 years at supervisor/ team leader level

Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / retail or large workforce environments is highly preferred

Proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
