Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing environment, experience in wire harness is preferred.

Experience in mass hiring.

Strong knowledge of labor market in Hung Yen / Hai Duong.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently under pressure.
