Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Backoffice Recruitment & Employer Branding)

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor - Backoffice Recruitment & Employer Branding is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for Wanek backoffice, indirect and professional positions, while also managing overall employer branding activities for the Wanek site.

The role ensures that hiring needs are delivered with the right quality, timeline, candidate experience and stakeholder alignment.

1. Education:

University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Industrial Management or related fields. 2. Experience:

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years handling staff, supervisor or professional recruitment;

Experience in manufacturing environment is strongly preferred;
