Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role

Required

Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within IT or tech-related industries. Solid experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with hiring managers and stakeholders across different levels. Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented. Nice to Have: Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, international, or tech start-up environment. Basic understanding of recruitment analytics or live-reporting dashboards. Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
