Support recruitment activities for assigned positions across different departments. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job
requirements:. Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and campus partnerships. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and interviewers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Support employer branding activities, career fairs, campus events, and internship programs. Assist in onboarding preparation and ensure a positive candidate experience. Perform other tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
1 - 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools is a plus.
