Job Purpose

Mainly in charge of developing and implementing local recruitment branding activities and forecasting plans for local recruitment

Responsible for providing recruiting strategies across ILA to assure proper quantity of proper employees are achieved by sourcing and hiring well-qualified candidates.

Minimum of five (5) years full cycle HR Partner and recruitment experience in an organization with 500+ employees

Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code, especially with organizations which the demands for employee recruiting are high.
