1. End-to-End Recruitment (75%) - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring, from job requisition to onboarding.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Source and attract quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, TopCV, Vieclam24h, Facebook, referrals, recruitment communities, and university partnerships.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Utilize competency-based interview techniques and assessment tools to identify the best talent.

Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with high-volume (mass) recruitment, Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large BPO or headhunting companies.
