1.

Recruitment (80%) Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, manpower planning, and recruitment priorities.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Source qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events, and other sourcing initiatives.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-volume and critical positions to ensure timely hiring.

Support the execution of recruitment plans for business expansion projects, including new store openings (NSO), warehouse expansion, and mass hiring initiatives.

Plan and execute mass hiring initiatives such as Walk-in Interviews, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns to achieve hiring targets.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and an efficient recruitment process.

Collaborate closely with HR Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics Stay updated on market trends and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Employer Branding (15%) Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's talent attraction strategy.

Create and publish recruitment content across career platforms and social media.

Maintain and update job advertisements on recruitment channels to ensure accurate and attractive job postings.

Support recruitment marketing campaigns, career fairs and other talent attraction activities when required.

3.

Recruitment Administration & HR Support (5%) Conduct and document exit interviews, analyse key findings and share insights with the HR team to support workforce planning and continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and recruitment documentation.

Support recruitment-related projects and other HR initiatives as assigned

Yêu cầu

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or related fields At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with experience in Retail, FMCG or E-Commerce industries Familiar with end-to-end hiring, sourcing tools, job boards, and social platforms for mass recruitment Ability to create engaging recruitment content and visual materials using Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficient in English. High sense of ownership, adaptability, and teamwork. Other

Requirements: Flexible to support hiring activities outside office hours when required.
