Must have:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Languages, or related disciplines.

More than 2 years of experience in Recruitment, L&D, or as an HR Generalist.

Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Nice to have:

Experience in trading, multinational, or B2B environments

Fundamental understanding of total rewards structures (C&B) to effectively consult candidates...

Thưởng: Fix bonus: 2 months, variable bonus: minimum 2 months (depending on KPI and company business situation)
