System Engineer (Entra ID & Microsoft 365)

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer specializing in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 to lead enterprise-scale infrastructure consolidation and Microsoft ecosystem standardization across the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving tenant consolidation projects, identity management, security governance, and automation while ensuring a secure and seamless migration from subsidiaries and branch offices to the corporate headquarters. Responsibilities:Infrastructure Consolidation & Migration: Lead assessment,

definition, and PoC — including current-state discovery, gap analysis to determine which Microsoft 365 workloads/tools can be consolidated, and technical verification of the migration approach and infrastructure. Lead enterprise-wide infrastructure consolidation projects, including domain, identity, and data migration from subsidiaries/branch offices to the corporate headquarters. Plan and execute Tenant-to-Tenant Migration projects across Microsoft 365 environments. Perform domain migration and migrate Exchange Online mailboxes, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive data while minimizing business disruption. Identity & Access Management: Design, deploy, and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Implement and maintain Hybrid Identity using Microsoft Entra Connect, cross-tenant sync. Configure and manage Conditional Access policies, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity security best practices. Microsoft 365 Standardization: Establish governance standards for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Define role-based access control (RBAC), permission models, and security policies. Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and oversee Microsoft 365/Azure licensing management. Automation & Administration: Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to streamline administration and bulk operations. Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization. Provide technical guidance and best practices for Microsoft cloud infrastructure. JOB

REQUIREMENTS: Must have: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, or Cloud Infrastructure engineering. Proven experience leading Tenant-to-Tenant Migration and Domain Migration projects is mandatory. Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft cloud transformation projects. Strong expertise in: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Administration, PowerShell scripting Ability to consult customers, gather

requirements:, and recommend Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions aligned with business needs. Solid understanding of identity management, cloud security, and Microsoft 365 governance.
