Experience :
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sustainability program or relevant subjects in the agriculture industry experience at multinational companies. Experience in coffee is advantageous Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)
Proficiency in Excel, and reporting skills
Ability to train farmers on RSP, SCI/projects is a valuable necessary
