Main Tasks &

Responsibilities:

Leading SQE team to achieving a state of high quality performance at our supplier partners through the application and practice of product quality planning during NPI process and after mass production;

Quality engineering capability assessments of potential new suppliers;

Driving problem solving activities for the issues captured from production ;

B.S. in Engineering or above;

>5 years of proven design supplier quality engineering experience;

Knowledge of ISO9001/14001;

Experience in support global projects;

Knowledge of manufacturing quality system and working in regulated industry;

Experience on supplier quality management measurement practice;

Experience on surface treatment process is preferred;

Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerance;

Strong English Written and verbal communication skills;
