We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for a Supplier Coordinator who plays a crucial role in securing the right partners that drive the company’s growth.

Your research, negotiation, and coordination directly impact overall operational success.

What You'll Do: Research and identify potential suppliers or distributors in Europe and the UK for trending or in-demand products.

Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.

Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.

Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.

Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.

Support cold outreach and discovery of new sourcing channels.

Who We're Looking For: Open to fresh graduates Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+) Welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer support, e-commerce operations, administration, coordination, or similar roles.

Comfortable using Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, templates) and Google Drive Organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions Independent, proactive, and resilient team player with strong communication skills.

Lunch allowance: 40,000 VND/weekday.

Working Schedule: Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.

Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.
