Student Care Assistant (Part-time)

Solve student support cases assigned by the Academic Officer in charge.

Communicate with parents to update and answer inquiries about students’ progress.

Update parents with student progress and suggest extra materials, practices if needed.

Mark student’s extra practices, exercises or support parents, students based on their request.

Report students’ progress and issues to the Academic Officer in charge on a daily basis.

Based on reading, writing, speaking test results, assess students and design personalized learning paths for students to reach learning outcomes and parents’ expectations.

Assist to monitor student’s progress and recommend personalized teaching strategies for such students to teachers and teaching assistants.

Working Time: Minimum 06 shifts/week. Flexible working shift to choose from:

Shift A: 8h00 - 12h + Shift B: 1h30 - 5h30 + Shift C: 5h30 - 9h30 - Location: 1 month on-site for training and then working online. Kyna HCM Office: 5th Floor, Bcons Tower, Nguyen Van Thuong, Ward 25, Binh Thanh Dist.

Candidates who are majoring in English at Universities or have teaching experience are preferred. OR: Academic background and qualification: University degree in English Pedagogy or University degree with teaching experience are preferred.

Competitive salary: VND 140,000/shift.
