The Strategy Lead transforms business challenges into meaningful brand and communication strategies, bridging consumer insight, creativity, and commercial impact. Key
Responsibilities:Lead brand, communication, and campaign strategy development. Conduct market, consumer, and category analysis. Develop creative briefs, campaign frameworks, and strategic recommendations. Partner closely with Account and Creative teams throughout projects. Support proposal development and pitch presentations. Translate insights into actionable business opportunities. Facilitate strategic workshops and client discussions. Mentor junior planners and contribute to strategic excellence.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning or Strategic roles within agencies.
Strong understanding of brand building and integrated communications.
Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience developing communication strategies for multiple industries.
Ability to simplify complex business problems into clear strategic directions.
Strong research and consumer insight capabilities.
Experience participating in pitches is highly preferred.
Fluent English presentation skills are advantageous.
