Strategy Execution Manager

Translate CEO strategies into clear action plans and priorities.

Coordinate Sales, Operations, Marketing and other teams to ensure alignment.

Monitor KPIs, deadlines and key business initiatives.

Identify bottlenecks, follow up with responsible teams and push initiatives forward.

Prepare management reports and provide the CEO with clear updates on progress and issues.

Lead or coordinate strategic projects across departments.

Support the CEO in research, analysis, problem-solving and business decisions.

Ensure that important decisions made by the CEO are followed through to completion.

Has 2–5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, consulting, management, strategy or a similar role.

Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Is comfortable working directly with senior management.

Can communicate clearly and confidently with different departments.

Is proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do.

Has strong ownership and follows things through to the end.

Can challenge, question and push teams when necessary — while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.

Has good English communication skills.

Experience in travel, tourism, DMC or hospitality is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Income: Up to 20–30M VND/month, depending on experience, capability and performance.

Direct working relationship with the CEO.
