PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Manage the Performance Management (KPIs) workflow for the entire PNJ Group (PNJG).
Take ownership of planning and implementing the KPI framework for Divisions, Centers, and Subsidiaries. Oversee and support units in executing Action Plans aligned with their KPIs, and conduct the final evaluation and acceptance of results.

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
