Store Manager

Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth performance and customer satisfaction - Manage sales, costs, inventory, staffing, and operational efficiency - Lead, train, and supervise store staff to maintain high service standards - Monitor store performance and implement improvements to achieve business targets - Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Management experience in retail, F&B, or service industry

Leadership and communication skills in multicultural environments

Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2+) or English

Experience in arcade/amusement industry is prefered
