Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Entertainment, Sports, or Customer Service industries.
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
Business-oriented mindset with experience in revenue growth and cost management.
Excellent problem-solving and customer complaint-handling abilities.
Proven experience managing daily operations, shift schedules, and performance KPIs.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
