Develop processes to achieve project milestones.

Train operating personnel.

Conduct Customer and NADCAP audits.

Identify root causes and take corrective action when technical issues occur.

Evaluate and improve processes as needed.

Other tasks as requested by the team leader or team supervisor.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering (preferred), Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: 2 years or more of experience in welding processes at manufacturing companies (such as EBW welding, TIG welding, resistance welding).

Basic knowledge of welding or metallurgical processes is required.

Basic knowledge of international standards such as ASME, AWS, ASTM is required.
