Software Product Designer (UI/UX)

Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders throughout the product discovery and design process.

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Design end-to-end user experiences, including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

Create intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Build and maintain a scalable Design System to ensure design consistency.

Validate design solutions through usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and product data.

Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.

Monitor product metrics and support A/B testing to optimize user experience and business outcomes.

Ensure designs align with UX best practices, accessibility standards, and business objectives.

Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices. REQUIREMENT 1. Must have:

2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes and measurable business impact.

Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.

Solid understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Human Centered Design methodologies.

Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions.

Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.

Experience building and maintaining Design Systems.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 2. Nice to have:

Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.

Understanding of product metrics including DAU, MAU, Conversion Rate, Retention, Churn Rate, and NPS.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.

Experience designing complex enterprise or B2B software products.
