Social Media Intern/Part time

About the Role Rezona is on the hunt for a Social Media Intern with a genuine interest in media, communication, and internet culture. You'll help grow and shape our presence across multiple platforms, working on content that spans a younger, casual creator community as well as a more technical, developer- and filmmaker-oriented audience. This means comfortably shifting tone and format depending on where you're posting and who you're talking to. Your job is to make the brand feel alive, human, and culturally in sync wherever our users are.

Responsibilities:Plan, write, and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Threads. Assist scripts and copy for paid ad campaigns, adapting messaging and hooks for different platforms and audience segments Adapt tone and format per platform: playful, trend-driven content for TikTok/Instagram vs. more direct, community-oriented posts for Twitter/X, and Threads. Monitor trends, memes, and conversations relevant to pop culture, the internet in general, as well as indie developer/filmmaker communities Engage with comments, DMs, and community discussions; represent the brand voice consistently across channels Support community-building efforts on platforms favored by indie developers and filmmakers (Twitter/X, Threads) Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and summarize learnings weekly Assist with content calendars, captions. Collaborate with the content and product teams to translate feature updates into social-friendly posts Help identify and reach out to potential creator partners or collaborators

Requirements Strong writing skills in English The ability to translate internet phenomena into valuable and actionable insight.

Have intermediate experience with social listening tools, for example, Buzzsumo, Brand24, google analytics.

Genuine familiarity with at least 2–3 of the following: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Threads— including how each platform's culture and audience differ Interest in gaming, creator tools, or AI-powered creative platforms Ability to write for two different audience mindsets: casual/younger creators and more technical developer/filmmaker communities Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and take direct ownership of tasks Bonus: prior experience running or contributing to a brand's social account Nice to Have Experience with analytics tools (native platform insights, or third-party tools) An eye for what makes content “feel native” to a platform rather than reposted
