Service Training Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Conduct technical training programs for dealers/customers related to after-sales and service improvement activities.

Support the development and management of technical documents.

Assist in preparing technical documents for new vehicle models.

Support management and control of special service tools for dealer/service activities - Coordinate with vocational colleges and dealers to support dealer development and technician training activities.

Cooperate with related departments...

Bachelor’s Degree in University, majors in Automotive/ Mechanical or related fields.

Having at least 3+ years working experience in Automotive or Mechanical field.

Able to communicate in English and read technical documents (TOEIC 600 or equivalent is a plus) - MS Office skills.

Good communication and problem solving skills
