Provide on-site technical support for chip production at client factories, ensuring machinery up time and process stability
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production line equipment
Monitor machine performance and respond to breakdowns in a timely manner (24/7 shift support)
Collect & analyze operational data; propose improvement solutions.
Collaborate with client teams in cleanroom environment. Requirement:
University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of production machinery (experience in semiconductor/chip production lines is a strong plus)
Strong analytical skills - ability to synthesize data, evaluate root causes, formulate actionable solutions.
Basic Chinese communication skill for daily on-site coordination
Willing to work shift (with rotation) to ensure 24/7 support
