MÔ TẢ: Xác định lộ trình SEO rõ ràng phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh, ưu tiên sản phẩm và kế hoạch tiếp thị đa kênh Kiểm tra và cải thiện các yếu tố chính của trang web: kiến trúc, ngân sách thu thập dữ liệu, lập chỉ mục, tốc độ, dữ liệu có cấu trúc Theo dõi và cải thiện các KPI như lưu lượng truy cập tự nhiên, thứ hạng, CTR, tỷ lệ thoát, tốc độ trang, nội dung được lập chỉ mục Tối ưu hệ thống website, landing page theo chuẩn SEO. Viết/đề xuất bài viết chuẩn SEO theo từ khoá chiến lược. Tối ưu tốc độ tải trang, internal link, off-page SEO... Theo dõi hiệu quả qua GA, Search Console, Tag Manager... Chịu trách nhiệm chính về phần SEO lên top google, đưa ra chiến lược lên top Phối hợp với team Content/Digital đẩy top theo roadmap, phối hợp team Code/Dex/UXUI tối ưu Website theo từng giai đoạn

YÊU CẦU: Trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm SEO web thương mại điện tử hoặc tương đương. Thành thạo GA4, GSC, Semrush/Ahrefs, Looker Studio, v.v. Khả năng phân tích keyword & lên chiến lược SEO tổng thể. Hiểu biết sâu sắc về SEO kỹ thuật, bao gồm đánh dấu lược đồ, dữ liệu có cấu trúc, thẻ chính tắc và tối ưu hóa tốc độ trang ------------------------ Thử việc: 2 tháng Thời gian làm việc: 7h45 đến 16h45, từ thứ 2 - thứ 7 Cơ hội huấn luyện: Công ty có chính sách đầu tư đào tạo và nâng cao kỹ năng nhân sự nắm giữ vị trí quản lý trong tương lai.
