SEO & Growth Marketing Manager

Requirements 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, website management, or related digital marketing roles.

Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and organic growth strategy.

Good understanding of GEO / AEO / AI search optimisation and answer-focused content strategy.

Strong hands-on experience working with Shopify Plus, including website structure, content management, and SEO implementation.

Experience working with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable growth insights.

Strong writing and editing skills for website content, blogs, and search-focused content.

Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools for content creation, workflow automation, or productivity enhancement.

Strong communication, organisation, and project management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment.

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
