Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

YOUR ROLE

Collaborate in assessing recruitment needs and developing recruitment plans.

Proactively source candidates, build talent pipelines, and directly recruit for assigned positions in accordance with the recruitment plan.

Take full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process until candidates officially onboard.

Manage and maintain candidate data and recruitment databases.

Participate in developing, proposing, and implementing multi-channel recruitment communication initiatives; expand recruitment channels and build a strong employer brand.

Track recruitment metrics for assigned roles, regularly evaluate hiring effectiveness, and propose appropriate recruitment strategies for each phase.

Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles; candidates with experience in the ICT / Information Technology industry are preferred.

Eager to learn, persistent, and results-oriented, with strong time and task management skills.

Good understanding of recruitment tools and channels within the ICT industry.

Proactive, energetic, and passionate about candidate sourcing and network building. COMPENSATION &
