Generate and Close New Business Opportunities Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.

Take ownership of the full sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing-to ensure continuous revenue growth.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Success Work closely with customers, business partners, and internal teams to win strategic deals, and ensure seamless project execution with high levels of customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing field with a strong track record of delivering results.

At least 5 years of proven success in IT Sales and Marketing, preferably in enterprise technology or solution-based selling.

Solid understanding of modern IT solutions including AI, Cloud, MES, RPA, etc with the ability to confidently explain concepts and business value to clients.

Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners A well-established network within BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) and large enterprise sectors.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Strong active listening and consultative selling capabilities to drive team and client success.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.

Nice to Have Proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage.

Experience working in multinational or foreign-invested companies (e.g., IBM, AWS, Microsoft, etc.) is highly desirable.
