New Customer Acquisition & Market Development Proactively hunt, approach, and convert potential B2B customers in international export markets.
Source leads through multiple channels: LinkedIn, email marketing, international trade exhibitions, websites, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and target client segments.
Build and maintain a robust customer database utilizing CRM software.

Key Account Management & Technical Consultation Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value.
Consult clients on indoor furniture products, materials, and production capabilities (up-selling & cross-selling).
Address and resolve customer complaints or operational issues promptly to build long-term trust.

Export Process & Order Management Prepare professional quotations; negotiate pricing, payment, and contract terms.
Master international trade operations: Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW), payment terms (L/C, T/T), and customs clearance.
Manage shipping documentation, including PO, PI, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin (C/O).
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Costing, R&D, Production, QA/QC, Logistics) to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.

Performance Tracking & Reporting Achieve and exceed KPIs regarding sales revenue, new client acquisition, and conversion rates.
Formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual individual sales plans.
Monitor sales metrics (pipeline, revenue) and report directly to the Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu
3+ years Export Sales experience in Furniture/Wooden manufacturing.
Trade Expertise: Solid knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW), payment terms (L/C, T/T), and export documentation (PO, PI, BL, CO).
Technical Skills: Ability to grasp furniture specs/production capabilities and coordinate with the factory team.
Language: Fluent English (written & spoken) for direct negotiation with global clients.
Second language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills in working with CRM and sales tools.
Mindset: Strong hunting skills, KPI-driven, and able to work under tight deadlines.
