Close Deals (Week 1-2) Handle inbound leads (English-speaking parents) Run structured sales calls Convert to paid subscriptions Handle objections confidently and directly 2.
Master the System (Weeks 3–4) Learn from top VN performers (scripts, flow, psychology) Internalize what actually drives conversion Adapt scripts to English-speaking market 3.
Earn the Right to Lead (Month 2+) Top performers will: Train new telesales reps Help refine scripts and objection handling Take ownership of Philippines team performance Targets & Metrics You will be measured on: Close rate Revenue per day Show → close conversion Consistency over time If you avoid numbers, this role is not for you.

Non-negotiables: Vietnamese with fluent English (you can confidently sell and handle objections) Proven ability to persuade and close (any form of sales experience is a plus) High ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do Comfortable with pressure, rejection, and targets Strong advantages: Experience in telesales / high-ticket closing Competitive mindset (you want to win, not just perform tasks) Fast learner — you can observe patterns and improve quickly
