A. SPO & Sustainable Bond Framework Assessment

Lead SPO engagements from framework review to report issuance.

Assess Green, Social, Sustainability, and Sustainability-Linked Bond Frameworks against ICMA principles, ASEAN Taxonomy, and other relevant standards.

Review eligible projects, use-of-proceeds management, governance, and reporting commitments.

Prepare SPO reports and supporting analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or related fields.

3–5 years of experience in risk advisory, auditing, due diligence, banking, or related areas.

Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA, VACPA, etc.) are preferred.

Knowledge of capital markets and corporate bonds; ESG or sustainable finance experience is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
