Job Description:

Lead Product Development Gate reviews to ensure quality, risk control, and regulatory readiness

Drive customer-focused quality evaluation to meet market, compliance, and user

requirements:• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain

Relevant education and experience

Bachelor’s Degree or above in quality management, electrical or mechanical engineering, etc.

3 - 5+ years’ experience in quality management related.

Lead auditor qualification or certified enterprise work experience is preferred.

Experience with and understanding of quality standard, quality audit and quality improvement
