Drive Defect Prevention: Collaborate closely with developers on root cause analysis, embedding quality standards and preventative measures directly into the development lifecycle. Mentor and Lead: Guide junior Quality Assurance engineers, share industry best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team. What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution Experience - 5+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control - Minimum 2 years in a senior or lead QA capacity Manual Testing Expertise - Hands-on experience designing, executing, and maintaining functional test cases - End-to-end user journey validation and cross-platform testing (web, mobile, API) - Skilled in requirement analysis, test scenario design, regression, and exploratory testing Test Automation Architecture - Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks - Proficiency in a modern language: Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript - Experience with leading frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent Performance Engineering - Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, K6) - Able to identify, isolate, and communicate system bottlenecks clearly Application Security Testing - Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 principles - Practical experience with security testing tools: OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or SonarQube AI-Augmented Testing - Working knowledge of applying AI tools to both manual and automated testing workflows Technical Proficiency - Deep experience testing web, mobile (iOS/Android), and RESTful APIs - Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI) - Strong command of Agile methodologies and tooling: Jira, TestRail Domain Knowledge - Proven experience in e-commerce (mandatory) — including platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar Communication - Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal - Able to articulate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to have: Advanced Technical Skills - Experience testing AI-driven workflows, LLM integrations, or Copilot-powered features - Validating Infrastructure-as-Code setups (Terraform, ARM templates) and automated environment provisioning Mindset & Approach - Proactive risk-thinker: identifies gaps in
