Bachelor's degree in Civil, Building, Mechanical, or Electrical.

Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction, preferably residential projects.

Good command in English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and inspection planning.

Skilled in quality reporting, root cause analysis, and non-conformance handling.

Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills; a self-motivated team player.
