Senior Python, React Developer

8+ years of professional software development experience Strong full-stack profile (not frontend-only or backend-only) Solid experience with Python backend development Strong React + TypeScript skills Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment Proven ability to work independently and take ownership Strong communication skills in English Experience working with complex business domains (ERP, finance, logistics, etc.) Nice to Have Experience with ERP or construction, finance, or accounting systems Prior experience in product companies (not only outsourcing) Svelte experience Familiarity with AWS infrastructure concepts Experience mentoring or onboarding other developers Soft Skills Backend Python (strong typing mindset) FastAPI SQLAlchemy PostgreSQL mypy AWS ECS & RDS Frontend React + TypeScript Material UI Some legacy Svelte micro-frontends (maintenance required Svelte experience is a plus) Infrastructure AWS Terraform CI/CD pipelines already in place (no heavy DevOps responsibility)
