Senior Project Manager / Strategic Customer Programs

Reports To: CEO Position Summary The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for leading high-visibility, global customer projects from initial engagement through installation, factory implementation, production readiness, and formal transfer to operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this position serves as the primary interface between customers, executive leadership, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and site teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related technical field; engineering or technical degree strongly preferred.

5+ years of project or program management experience in precision manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, vacuum technology, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, life sciences, or other highly engineered production environments.

Proven experience managing customer-facing projects in a global or multi-site environment.
