Local Vietnamese with a good ability in written and fluent spoken Englis to be based in Hanoi.

Degree in Civil/Structural/MEP Engineering, Project Management/Construction preferred.

Minimum 15 years of experience in leading full project cycle of large-scale integrated development projects is required.
