Senior Project Manager (IT)

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective) Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework Remove obstacles that impact team productivity Work closely with Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.) Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team Support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments Technical & Professional

Required Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework Experience working with cross-functional development teams Excellent communication and facilitation skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Familiar with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.) Preferred Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) Experience in software development environment Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
