Senior Project Manager

Manage, and deliver IT projects according to project timeline Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective) Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework Remove obstacles that impact team productivity Work closely with Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.) Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team Support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management

Proven experience managing IT or software development projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project)

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field 4+ years of experience in project management or IT project delivery
