Partner Development: Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships with potential partners both domestically and internationally.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.
Ensure that KPIs set by management are achieved.
Partner Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.
Monitor the performance of partnerships to ensure agreements are executed in line with commitments.
Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals: Analyze market trends and research opportunities for new partnerships.
Propose initiatives and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of partner relationships.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.
Provide reports on partnership performance and status to management.

Yêu cầu
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or equivalent roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is an advantage.
Proficiency in foreign languages (especially English and Korean) is preferred.
