Senior Operations Analyst

Responsibilities: 1. FFM Cost Monitoring & Target Governance

Track actual vs. category target across brand portfolio; update monthly cost tracker and highlight abnormal cost spikes.

Build monthly forecast vs. actual with ±5% accuracy; perform root cause analysis on variance and propose corrective actions.

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Cost Control, or P&L management; exposure to e-commerce, logistics, or 3PL operations is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of fulfillment cost structure (warehouse, last-mile, surcharges, rebate, VAS) and cost-to-serve analytics.
