Senior .NET Developer (Application Development & Support)

Location: Onsite at Client Office Experience: 4+ years of experience in software development and enterprise application support.

Application Development Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise software applications and business solutions. Collaborate with Business Analysts, System Analysts, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand

requirements:and deliver scalable solutions. Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code following software engineering best practices. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and application validation activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, system design documents, and operational procedures. Enhance existing applications by fixing defects, improving performance, and implementing new features. Application Support & Operations Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and production issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions. Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Support deployment, release management, and post-production stabilization activities. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure system reliability and business continuity. Collaboration & Reporting Provide regular project and support status updates to management. Escalate critical risks, issues, and blockers when necessary. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support knowledge transfer and technical mentoring activities when required.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines. Technical Skills Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core. Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and modern backend development practices. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID principles. Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. Experience working with XML, JSON, and data integration technologies. Good understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and system integration concepts. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies. Preferred

Qualifications:Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications in production environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and application monitoring tools. Experience working in Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, Insurance, or other high-transaction environments is an advantage. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Good presentation and documentation capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
