QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree (or above) of related field.
A minimum of 12 years working experience as a lawyer/legal counsel, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in real estate law and/or projects whether in a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
Membership in a recognized bar association or equivalent professional certification (preferable).
