15+ years in land management, real estate development, finance & legal

In-depth knowledge of land laws, zoning regulations

Experience in real estate M&A

Proficiency in land surveying, and property valuation (preferred)

Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
