Senior Manager, GA Network (Mekong)

PURPOSE This position is responsible for recruiting, developing new General Agencies and maintain the existing GAs to enhance their operations & performance in the assigned territory. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Recruit potential GAD candidates from external sources and assist them throughout the interview and new GA office set-up processes.

University Degree

10 years Insurance/ Finance experience

At least 8 years' experience working as sales management position in Life Insurance

Experience in other channel sales, sales training or customer service is an advantage.

Have the ability to attract, influence, retain and develop GA Directors and GA agency workforce.
