Qualifications &

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university; Lawyer Training Certificate is a plus.

At least 5 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on technology, fintech, e-commerce or financial services.

In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws relating to technology, fintech, ecommerce, data privacy, and commercial contracts.
