Senior Japanese Tester (Hybrid Working Mode)

Proactively supports the planning, execution, reporting, and successful completion of Tester activities for all new development cycles for various releases. Contributes to designing and implementing end-to-end test scenarios, as well as debugging and defining corrective actions. Supports the review of system

requirements:and tracking of quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts). Contributes to the creation of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Receives instructions to identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs and develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. Contributes ideas and suggestions that will enable innovation and streamline overall testing processes. Performs any other related task as required.

Have at least 3 years of experience in a Tester position.

JLPT N1/N2 (Reading comprehension and writing skills) Ability to write test cases in Japanese Experienced in working on projects with Japanese clients.

Familiarity with IT tools (email, Excel, PowerPoint, and general PC operations) Experience in B2B sales, preferably IT sales Ability to work closely with internal teams and clients to support proposal development and sales activities Willingness to learn and gradually take on a full sales cycle role
