Senior Industrial Engineering (Working in Hai Phong/ha Tinh)

Coordinate with production/QC/Log/Maintenance to plan optimal manpower

Propose direct and indirect manpower recruitment scenarios based on Production Plan; monitor other KPIs related to manpower (HPU, Performance, OEE, routing,…)

Based on existing routing data on SAP to find bottlenecks/areas to optimize line performance

Study standard times, calculate capacity and number of personnel to ensure...

This position requires the employee to be based full time at the Ha Tinh Plant or to travel to Ha Tinh for business trips 1–2 times per month.

Have university degree (priority given to technical majors); have at least 03 years of working experience in the production
